![]() ![]() Team Corally makes the TRITON XP, but I've never owned anything from them. Losi and AE don't make anything in the 2WD class for MT. I love that rig but I have $600 in the truck and could have bought a stock Arrma Outcast for that money. I have 3 of these (for the kids) and one is upgraded to the max with a 3s system and HR/OEM upgrades with trenchers. I've heard good things about the HPI Jumpshot MT 2.0, but I have never owned one so I can't comment on it.ĮCX makes the Ruckus 2WD. The VXL version is 2WD brushless, but it's $300 bucks. I own a few of these but they just feel old and outdated anymore. Traxxas still makes the Stampede MT 2WD, but that truck needs upgrades to make it durable. As a prior owner of one, I loved this truck but parts are hard to come by these days, so I sold it. Proline stopped making the Pro-MT 2WD years ago (now replaced by the PRO-MT 4WD). I have one of these and it's been fun, but slow. Those are really for entry entry RC folks that are testing the waters for a low cost. These are great but offer little headroom for upgrades. Obviously, the Stampede 2WD from Traxxas is still being made, but many other company's are getting away from 2WD MT's and going with lower cost 4WD MT's.Īrrma no longer makes the Granite 2WD, but they do have the Voltage series of vehicles. ![]() If you asked me that 10 years ago, I would have given you many choices, but the 2WD MT is going away as it seems. ![]()
